Founded in 1962, the Universidad del Pacífico is a private, non-profit university located in the Jesús María district of Lima, Perú. Ranked as the most prestigious higher education institution in its fields of specialization in Peru, it’s also one of the leading institutions of its kind in Latin American and is the first Peruvian university to be AACSB accredited in both undergraduate and graduate degree programs. It’s also AMBA accredited. Universidad del Pacífico offers a number of internationally recognized undergraduate, master’s and PhD degrees, most of which are taught in Spanish. There are, however, over 50 English-taught courses available too. Its specializations include accounting, business, administration, marketing, international business, business engineering, information engineering, economics, finance and law.

The admissions office at the university will then review each application. Should your application be successful, you’ll be notified as having been ‘selected’. You will then be given the necessary information by the university in order to progress with the rest of your application. Language proficiency To be eligible to study an undergraduate degree at the Universidad del Pacífico, you must have a certified high school diploma and proven proficiency in either Spanish or English (depending on which program you choose to study). If you wish to study either economics of finance, it is mandatory to have a proficiency level C1 in Spanish or English. Please also note that any document proving your language proficiency must have been undertaken within two years of you submitting your initial application form.
